We are business people as much as we are lawyers. We will take care of the legal documents so you can confidently run your business.
As your business grows, its risk profile and governance challenges will change. We partner with our clients over the long term to ensure they are in the driver’s seat for success.
We are in your corner when the going gets tough. Having resolved over 6,500 disputes for business owners have seen it all before.
Whether you need a skilled negotiator or a fearless litigator, we specialise in delivering commercial results when:
Customers refuse to pay;
Suppliers let you down; and
Business Partners do the wrong thing.
The biggest challenge for any business owner, is managing their employees.
A difficult employee can make you question why you got into business in the first place and be toxic to your team morale.
We deliver proactive solutions to manage your team via employment contracts, policies and procedures as well as handling employment disputes when they arise.
Property is the key most wealth in Australia. Whether you are buying, selling, leasing or developing property, you need a lawyer you can count on.
We can advise on the whole property development process from obtaining finance to development approvals, construction and sale or leasing.
We also act for the Master Builders Victoria and have extensive expertise in construction contracts and disputes.
At Taurus Legal Management we understand the unique challenges clients encounter during family disputes, especially when children are involved. Our family lawyers specialise in handling high-asset cases with a focus on protecting clients wealth, securing their family’s future, and safeguarding the best interests of their children.
As a fellow business owner, I understand you don't care about legal technicalities - you just want to protect and grow your business. That is what we want too.
I founded Taurus Legal Management to free business owners from risky transactions and stressful disputes. Let us do what we do best, so you can do what you do best.

My Initial contact with Taurus Legal Management regarding litigation was with Jodie the Practice Manager. She was like a breath of fresh air to speak to regarding our matter, she was friendly, professional, and confident, and listened! Jodie put me totally at ease and gave me confidence that I had got the right Law firm.
Jodie got back to me directly after confirming with her Director that they could help us.
Artemis became our Lawyer. Once again Artemis was extremely easy to talk to and put us at ease, gave us confidence that she would do her best to achieve a good outcome, this she managed amazingly with professionalism and kept us updated as things progressed.
We are extremely happy to say she achieved a great outcome for us.
Both my husband and I cannot thank Taurus, Artemis and Jodie enough and we have absolutely NO hesitation in recommending this Legal Management firm, they are definitely the best in our eyes.
I Would like to add that we got the names of 3 Law firms from the Law Society who dealt in litigation, we contacted both as closer to our area, but the initial contact was definitely lacking so we did not go further. Taurus was completely the opposite, hence they got our business. Absolutely the best people to deal with and to help you.
Do not hesitate. This Law firm Taurus Legal Management is the best choice.
Alex, Erin and Jodie from Taurus Legal have always been incredibly helpful and supportive but really we’re my pillar of strength during my recent business sale. With many personal issues happening in the background, the stakes were high to complete the sale and the team were calm, reassuring and patient with me the whole way through. I can’t thank them enough for all they have done for me over the years and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great legal advisory team!
I’ve only had one phone call with this law firm but Jodie was amazing to talk to, very confident, professional, friendly and extremely helpful with my circumstances! She even boosted my confidence and was honest about not needing a lawyer as I would be able to tackle this situation on my own. I was very surprised by this and she made my day :) thanks so much, will be in touch :)
Absolutely brilliant! Alex was extremely helpful today - I was greeted on the phone in a friendly manner which made me feel so comfortable. I was in need of some Legal advice for an Employment Contract and Alex was so obliging and super helpful - Alex took the time and patience to explain the areas in question. I highly recommend Taurus Legal!
