Mandatory Vaccinations in Aged Care – the Kimber-v-Sapphire Coast Community Aged Care Ltd Decision

The Fair Work Commission has handed down its decision on the Kimber-v-Sapphire Coast Community Aged Care Ltd case, with the majority ruling finding it lawful for an employer to terminate an employee if they cannot provide a medical exemption to refuse a mandatory vaccination.
