Nicci was appointed as an Independent Children’s Lawyer in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, has appeared across multiple jurisdictions, including the Supreme Court, Magistrates Court and Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.  She is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria.
